Full disclosure I am a Realtor in Los Angeles CA, but I reached out to Steven as another Realtor looking for guidance on some of the tools we use and how to best use it to serve our clients. He was more than willing to take time out of his day to guide me on how he has his set up and some best practices. I appreciate when someone will go out their way to help another even when there is nothing in it for him. Cash Stephens did an outstanding job helping us find the right home in Cave Springs in northwest arkansas.
